Kyle Nobess is an Indigenous Actor, Content director and serves as the president of Road To Freedom 

Kyle is considered an emerging indigenous film maker and content director and one of Canada’s top Indigenous speakers. Helping people connect with their creativity and how to share their voice through story telling. Through years of creative self discovery and building creative projects as an artists Kyle has shared his experience with people all across Canada from Whistler BC to Nova Scotia. Helping them to develop skills in areas of building creative confidence, Content creating & Marketing Consulting.

Kyle Is an artist at heart - he creates a wide variety of content. From writing screenplays, to developing web series, to filming and producing social media content from Tik Tok, Youtube and Blogging generating viral content with millions of views and likes. 

Kyle has also been a sought after Tv personality Hosting live National Music and Award shows on several occasions. From hosting Indigenous Day Live for several years to hosting the Indspire Awards in Winnipeg, Calgary and Ottawa

Outside of the creative realm Kyle has become one of the top International Indigenous Speakers sharing his experience and message with a variety of different audiences. From being a guest speaker at WEDAY speaking to over 10k students at the Bell Mts Centre, to being the Keynote speaker and MC at the RBC convention centre for the Vision Quest conference. To Keynote speaking in Whistler BC, Kyle has developed his skills as a public speaker and is honoured to share his voice and message in hopes to help someone develop their internal confidence and share their voice. 

In addition to running multiple business, public speaking and creating content Kyle also focuses his time to help introduce and train Indigenous youth living in First Nation Communities. Kyle saw a lack of professional training and mentorship in the Film industry in First Nation Communities and he’s made it his mission to change that.

Kyle feels Indigenous youth deserve the same hands on training and opportunities in the film industry as anyone else. The program Road To Freedom has now been to over 60 First Nation Communities training 1000’s of Indigenous youth all across Canada. The programs’s tour stops has even attracted the partnership and sponsorship from companies like Samsung, Bell MTS, Canadian Heritage, Youtube and the Buffer Festival. 

Kyle Nobess’s Story:

Kyle was born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada where he found his passion for Acting at the early age of 6. Kyle started to pursue his passion from Jr high school plays to High school theatre. From graduation Kyle went right into film and acting training, auditioning for Film and Television roles. 

Within a few years Kyle landed a supporting role in a television series and has been working as actor every since in a variety of different TV shows and Movies. This took Kyle’s curiosity in the film industry to the next level as he now wanted to learn all about the behind the scenes secrets to developing a show. 

Kyle connected with a screenplay writer to help mentor him through his first written screenplay. They co wrote a Movie script that got picked up by an Oscar winning production company. This experience and new found insight drove Kyle to keep writing and creating more projects. This led to multiple film projects now in development working with companies like APTN and Telefilm Canada. 

Kyle than broadened his knowledge on the film industry another step further learning about directing and content creating. Transitioning his passions to the world of New Media creating a comedy youtube channel with his brother that landed them a partnership with Much Music Digital studios in Toronto. Kyle now spends his focus filming Tik Tok videos which are generating millions of views and likes on social media.
